 BLACK SPLIT DAL 800G

Black dal is originated in South Asia, where it has been in cultivation from ancient times and is one of the most highly prized pulses of Nepal & India. It is very widely used in Nepali & Indian cuisine. In India the Black gram is one of the important pulses grown in both Kharif and Rabi seasons. In Bangladesh and Nepal it is known as Mash daal. It is a popular daal (legume) side dish in South Asia, that goes with curry and rice as a platter. 

Receipe

There is  a simple receipe

First heat the oil, put some cumin seeds and dry chilli. After 5 seconds put washed black dal ( you can mix red masoor and black dal for fast cooking), turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and add salt to your taste and stire it well. fry for few minutes and add some water and boil it. let it cook for 30 minutes , then your dish is ready
